Our litigation leader, Bernard Collaery, has a special interest in birth asphyxia cases. In Ren v Mukerjee [ 300 ACT 1 ] he led our litigation team to secure a then unprecedented damages award for a Plaintiff who suffered cerebral palsy as a result of negligent hospital care.
